About

The credential is the difference.

“I’m a scientist — so I know what’s worth believing and what to ignore.”

Anti-bro-science, and it means something

Most physique advice is folklore repeated confidently. Carl holds a BSc in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. That is an academic degree, not a clinical one, and what it buys you is a coach who can read the paper behind the claim and tell you plainly when it does not say what people think it says.

He is also a competitive bodybuilder. The programming he writes is the programming he runs, which means nothing gets prescribed that he has not done himself.

How the coaching works

Coaching is remote and built for one person at a time: the training, the nutrition, and how often you check in. Applications are read individually and not everyone is a fit. If a package is wrong for you, he will say so on the call.

Coaching, not medical care. Carl is not a physician, dietitian or licensed healthcare provider, and the coaching is education and accountability rather than medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult your own doctor before starting any training or nutrition program.
