Privacy
What gets collected.
Short version: an application form, an email list if you join it, and privacy-preserving traffic counts. No advertising trackers, and no selling anything to anyone.
Analytics
Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not fingerprint or track people across sites. It reports aggregate page views and referrers. Because it sets no cookies, there is no consent banner to click.
The coaching application
If you apply, you provide details about your training history, goals, timeline and budget. That information is used to decide whether coaching is a fit and to prepare for the call. It is not shared with anyone outside the coaching business.
The email list
If you request the free guide, or say yes to the email list on the coaching application, your email address and first name are stored to send you the guide and occasional coaching notes. Saying no on the application keeps you off the list. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you.
Spam protection
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which confirms a submission came from a person rather than a script. It is designed to work without tracking you.
What is never done
- Your details are not sold, rented or traded.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels are used.
- Health information you share in an application is not published or shared.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — message @buildingbruce and it will be handled. Deleting an application means the coaching enquiry cannot continue.
